Mein Name ist Hannah Prause, ich bin 33 Jahre alt und wurde in Coburg geboren. Schon sehr früh habe ich mit Leistungsport begonnen und den Großteil meiner Kindheit habe ich mit Kunstradfahren verbracht. Vor 13 Jahren habe ich meine Liebe zum Bodybuilding entdeckt und bin seitdem mit Leidenschaft dabei. 

Bodybuilding ist für mich eine Lebenseinstellung, die mir hilft selbstbewusst immer wieder über meine Grenzen hinaus zu wachsen, schwierige Situationen mental besser zu bewältigen und mich ständig antreibt besser zu werden.

Über die Jahre an Trainingserfahrung konnte ich bereits einige nationale und internationale Erfolge erzielen. Als 3-fache IFBB Diamond Cup Siegerin und Painworldcup Siegerin, sowie Finalistin bei der IFBB Weltmeisterschaft habe ich mir 2019 den Titel als IFBB PROFI in der Frauen Figur Klasse geholt.
